NORTH WEST SYDNEY FOOTBALL REFEREES ASSOCIATION
North West Sydney Football Referees Association (NWSFRA) is one of the largest associations in NSW with over 450 referees. Our referees are appointed to local grassroots competitions (NWSF), school matches, state competition football, such as Youth and Premier league. Based in the Ryde/Gladesville-Hornsby district, our match officials are trained, certified and assessed on their abilities to provide safe, fair, and enjoyable experiences for players, coaches, and spectators. Our referees are invested in the Football Referee Development Panel, NSW State League Football Referees Association, as well as Youth League and A-League Men's and Women's.

What is the Football NSW RDP?
The Football NSW Referee Development Panel (RDP) is the recognition of talented branch referees who are seeking to continue their development on State competitions. The RDP is the training ground for referees to officiate on FNSW’s Youth National Premier League matches to accelerate their development and better prepare junior referees for officiating local senior football.
Football NSW RDP referees get access to experienced match officials from the National Premier League and A-Leagues Women's & Men's who provide match day coaching and training as well as theory and practical sessions provided monthly. They also will be invited to participate in school tournaments and officiate on the Talent Support Program matches throughout the year where they will receive additional coaching and training.
Who can join the RDP?
Any referees who are registered with a local branch within NSW. The main target range is 15-20yr old referees with at least 1 year experience however all candidates will be considered by your branch.
If you are a returning member, you must fill out this form. If you are a new member, you must be nominated by your branch so please discuss this with your local referee association before filling out the form.
